КАК ДА ОТМЕНИТЕ ЧАСТЕН УРОК
ПОЛИТИКА ЗА ОТМЯНА НА ЧАСТЕН УРОК
Минимално време за отказ или преместване: 12 часа преди урока. За отмяна на частен урок – и преди, и след 12 часа използвай бутон Cancel при направената резервация в профила ти.
1. Навременна отмяна (повече от 12 часа предварително) – отменете с бутон Cancel в профила си. Урокът може да бъде презаписан при същия треньор в рамките на валидността на пакета / плана и при наличие на свободни места.
2. Късна отмяна (по-малко от 12 часа предварително) / неявяване – отменете с бутон Cancel в профила си. Прочетете повече за последствията от късна отмяна по-долу:
Отмяна при предплатени пакети и Unlimited+
– включват 1 късна отмяна с право на еднократно презаписване в рамките на валидността им
– при втора късна отмяна или неявяване урокът се счита за използван и се приспада от пакета / плана
– след изтичане на валидността на пакета / плана, всички неизползвани уроци се считат за пропуснати
Отмяна на единични уроци
– при късна отмяна или неявяване, урокът се счита за проведен и се таксува
